Your main project will be the conception and delivery of a technical infrastructure to manage and run these programs efficiently on a global scale, enabling us to handle the information architecture for all users of Lyst.

You'll be working with our team of engineers, data scientists and digital marketeers in a cross-functional group to define and deliver the end-to-end product lifecycle for customer centric marketing automation. You'll be responsible for working with the team on the vision, managing the roadmap, development, iteration and maintenance of a platform that sits at the heart of Lyst's growth as an online retailer.

You'll be a data-driven PM, who loves getting into the thick of testing and analytics, is comfortable with the worlds of SEO, SEM, Display, DSPs and more and wants to think about new ways Lyst's marketing could build upon the current success to create products our users love.

These projects could range from test and learn initiatives for our landing pages, to the utilisation of our search platform and huge data sets to drive customers to the right products at the right time in new and interesting ways.

  • You will have a passion for taking on a wide variety of projects at once, balancing the rapid release process with the need for attention to detail.
  • You'll know what it takes and have experienced launching complex products in the Ecommerce / AdTech / gaming / banking / or consultancy sectors.
  • We foresee this candidate coming from a top level consultancy, maybe with experience in investment banking or HFT or AdTech, with the capabilities to drive highly complex products to market with a resolute commercial vision.

BENEFITS

  • Define, execute, and refine project management processes across our engineering team
  • Lead internal and external product communication and feedback channels

  • Understand the needs and capacities of stakeholders within the healthcare enterprise, from social workers to executives
  • Become an expert on the dynamic intersection of healthcare and social services to inform our product direction

REQUIREMENTS

BENEFITS

  • Internal Impact—we're a small team, and you'll help guide our culture and growth
  • External Impact—we're changing the social service system

Small business lending is broken—and Fundera is here to fix it. By building the most trusted marketplace in the industry, we make lenders compete for business instead of the other way around.

Small business is the backbone of our economy, and business owners deserve a partner they can trust—especially when it comes to financing. 4 out of 5 business owners get denied by banks for the loans they need to solve problems and seize opportunities, and far too many get ripped off by unregulated brokers looking for a quick buck.

With Fundera, business owners can get competing offers from dozens of the country's leading small business lenders by submitting just one application. Our service is simple, transparent, and best of all? It's absolutely free. Our mission: to put the power to borrow back in the hands of business owners.

About the Position

As a product manager, you have a passion for turning ambitious ideas into well-thought-out and delightful reality. Our business has big goals and faces significant challenges, so we'll look to you to make the right trade-offs and contribute to our roadmap of well-defined, thoughtfully prioritized features and projects.

You'll be called upon to grade performance of the latest experiment, mine data for customer insights, organize focus groups for product, lead trainings for operations staff, and develop documentation for colleagues and business partners.

The products that you plan, champion, and help realize will simplify and speed up the notoriously frustrating lending process, giving power and control back to small business owners while saving them time and energy. If you're a creative, intelligent, detail-oriented leader who wants to be a part of the solution to small business financing, we'd love to speak with you.

  • Take responsibility for ensuring business alignment around new releases and changes, including briefing other team leads, providing documentation, tracking key operational blockers, and facilitating trainings.

As you might see below, we've made sending us your CV optional in the beginning (but it might be asked in later stages of the process). Textio invented AI-powered writing. Two years into our journey, we are the only platform on the market that makes a quantitative promise about how your writing will perform. • You are a results-minded leader who knows how to capitalize on the diverse strengths of people around you to succeed
  • People love working with and for you
  • You have a track record of trying and learning new things
  • You have a point of view but are low ego
