Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather market and customer requirements to inform the roadmap and product strategy
  • Work with the broader product team, engineering, sales, and professional services to formulate releases and prioritize key enhancements
  • Work closely with engineering to define and prioritize features and releases
  • Meet with Partners, Sales, Solutions Consulting and Field Marketing to understand the needs of customers and win greater mindshare
  • Work with Business Development to evaluate new partnerships and alliance opportunities
  • Collaborating with Product Marketing to produce sales education materials
  • Work with partners on integration strategies and go-to-market
  • Train sales and technical sales on product releases and updates
  • Gather competitive intelligence and provide content on competitive tactics

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager in a security-focused software company
  • Strong strategic analysis skills and good product intuition
  • Experience working in an agile development environment
  • The ability to make trade-off decisions between possible and desirable, which requires a good sense of what is technically feasible
  • The ability to generate ideas for how our products can make our customers more successful

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define the product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with others on the team ensuring alignment of company objectives, product vision and customer feedback
  • Create API product specs, job stories, and prototypes in collaboration with engineering or independently when necessary
  • Foster ongoing relationships and communications internally and externally
  • Build a strong understanding of our customers and their goals/challenges to create a product strategy
  • Identify technical solutions for customers
  • Organize releases, release dates and sprints with engineering leaders while communicating roadmap and product launches to the rest of Classy
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform product development and continuous optimization to increase adoption and engagement
  • Develop and communicate priorities across the company by collaborating closely with engineering

ABOUT YOU

  • BS in Computer Science or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of Product Management experience
  • Software development background
  • Strong understanding of defining and creating product APIs
  • Experience in several implementations connecting various SaaS applications, with specific knowledge integrating Salesforce
  • Passion and understanding for product and interaction design
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Technically minded and able to communicate clearly with developers both internally and externally
  • Strong focus on user experiences

Requirements:
