Artsy features the world's leading galleries, museum collections, foundations, artist estates, art fairs, and benefit auctions, all in one place. Our growing database of 400,000 images of art, architecture, and design by 50,000 artists spans historical, modern, and contemporary works, and includes the largest online database of contemporary art. In addition to our vision of a world where art is as popular as music, Artsy has five core values that will inform your experience at Artsy.

Art x Science: We believe in uniting empathy with logic, emotion with data, and intuition with research in everything we do. Whether in business strategy or design, culture or code, we seek the magic that happens when the often separate worlds of art and science come together.

People are Paramount: We spend extraordinary energy finding the best person for a job—and once found, we give them the trust and autonomy to be CEO of their role. We avoid pointless bureaucracy and prefer to empower people with information rather than limit them with process.

Quality Worthy of Art: We aim to create an experience worthy of all the world's art and so hold ourselves to the highest standards in all our work. We believe that the best long term quality comes from rapid shipping, iterating, and learning as we go.

Positive Energy: We know positivity and optimism benefit our work, and we harness positive energy as a vehicle towards greater awareness, growth, and collaboration. We believe in cultivating a positive relationship to art as opposed to one based on exclusivity or scarcity.

Openness: We believe in being open with each other and the world—whether in open-sourcing our code, sharing feedback, or building a diverse and inclusive work culture. We believe in bringing our full selves to work and manifesting an open world where everyone has access to art.

Clarifai is an artificial intelligence company that excels at visual recognition. We do not sell an abstract, futuristic technology - we sell a solution that people can use today to solve real-world problems. We believe that the same AI technology that gives big tech companies a competitive edge should be available to developers or businesses of any size or budget. That's why we build products to make it easy, quick, and inexpensive for developers and businesses to innovate with AI, go to market faster, and build better user experiences. We make "teaching" AI just as accessible as we make using AI, which is why our technology is the most personalizable, unbiased, accurate solution in the market. We have secured a $30M Series B round of funding and are backed by Menlo Ventures, Google Ventures, USV, NVIDIA, Qualcomm, Osage, Lux Capital, LDV Capital, and Corazon Capital. To continue to succeed, we need people like you to join the team here in NYC!

Clarifai is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace dedicated to pursuing and hiring a diverse workforce.

As our Director of Product, you represent our users' voices today and develop the processes to build products for our future. You articulate what a winning product looks like, you rally the team behind it and you iterate on the product to make it right. You figure out strategy that takes us to where we want to be as a company and what we need to build now to get there.

You will work closely with the CEO as he drives the vision for the company. You directly contribute to iterations on our product roadmap with our CEO and VP of Engineering. You are willing to take on a visible role, speaking publicly about our products. Your communication skills are advanced, and you are comfortable working within the organization and with leadership. You drive prioritization of the product roadmap and formulate strategies for what projects we can realistically complete based on each team's capabilities and bandwidth. You collaborate with customer-focused layers to gather actionable feedback to inform the product roadmap.

You lead our Product Team and make sure that each person is set up for success. We value someone who is an individual contributor writing code and also focus on the impact of learning, mentorship, and teaching as a manager too.

During your first month, you will learn the ropes. You will:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our current products and get familiar with our product roadmap. We would like you to take this time to get comfortable working with what we've built so far and who has helped build it. We welcome feedback that only a fresh perspective can bring!
  • Become acquainted with every person and role at the company and establish communication and collaboration across teams.

In 3 months, you start putting yourself out there. You will:

  • Schedule regular meetings with the CEO and begin to iterate on roadmap priorities to improve efficiency. You identify each team's strengths and weaknesses and use them to help teams utilize their resources in the best way possible.
  • Instill product processes to accelerate the development of products that Clarifai offers to the market.

6 months down the road, you begin to branch out. You will:

  • Organize and moderate product strategy offsite to solidify communication and collaboration.
  • Extend beyond the tactical and into the strategy of higher level product initiatives and allocation of resources to achieve these initiatives.
  • Inform the engineering organization and figure out what additional products and features to put out to market and the best approaches to do so.

12 months later, you'll:

  • Attend events and lead public discussions about the company's products.
  • Monitor current processes for efficiency and iteration. You share insights from the sales, support, and customer experience teams, as well as directly from customers.
  • Build the product team by recruiting extraordinary product managers to increase the team's productivity and impact on the company as a whole. You coach your team to increase their skills and efficiency even as the number and complexity of our product offerings grow.

In the future, you will strive to continue building upon the progress that you have made in your first year, while you innovate and iterate to maximize impact.

As Clarifai's Director of Product, you drive the execution of the product vision. The product innovation that you guide will allow us to build an AI platform that helps us achieve our mission of understanding every image and video to improve life.

About us:

Warby Parker was founded in 2010 with a lofty objective: to offer designer eyewear at a revolutionary price while leading the way for socially conscious businesses. By circumventing traditional channels and designing our frames in house, we're able to offer insanely high-quality eyewear at decidedly non-insane prices (i.e., from $95 with prescription lenses—a fraction of the going price!).

In the last seven years, we've grown to over 50 retail locations in the U.S. and Canada, opened our first optical lab in upstate New York, and launched two of our own iOS apps. And for three years running, Fast Company has named us one of the world's most innovative companies.

We're also a certified B Corporation, so we're held to the highest standards of social and environmental responsibility. This means lots of different things, like operating carbon-neutrally and distributing a pair of glasses to someone in need for every pair we sell. (We're big believers that businesses can scale and be profitable while doing good in the world.)

Of course, all work and no play makes an extremely dull office, and no one likes an extremely dull office. (We sure don't.) As an employee at Warby Parker, you can look forward to company outings, guest speakers, volunteering opportunities, and other brain- (and/or taste-bud-) stimulating activities. It also doesn't hurt that our team is just great company.

Some benefits and perks of working at Warby Parker:

  • Health, vision, and dental insurance
  • Flexible "My Time" vacation policy
  • Retirement savings plan with a company match
  • Parental leave (non-birthing parents included)

Fundera is transforming the world of business finance by replacing old school loan brokers with a smart and intuitive online shopping experience. We're a tech company first and a financial company second. But, most importantly, we're fiercely mission-driven.

Entrepreneurs are the biggest job creators in our country. By building tools that make access to financing—one of the biggest challenges they do and will ever face—easier, we're not only taking stress out of their day to day but enabling them to grow. They don't say "it takes money to make money" for nothing.

We're a team of experienced technology leaders, well-funded and backed by industry-leading investors who are hands on in helping us meet our lofty goals.

While we're a young company—launching in February 2014—we've grown substantially year over year since. We're looking to continue this trajectory and need great people to get there.

Who are we looking for?

As a Senior Product Manager, you have a passion for turning ambitious ideas into well-executed realities. You'll have a leading hand in helping thousands of entrepreneurs build the businesses of their dreams.

You'll work with senior leadership to identify and define the business goals and then use design sprints, user research, analytics and creativity to iterate and roll out the best solutions. You will lead lead cross-functional teams in identifying, researching, and shipping the features to accelerate our growth through step-change product designs. We expect our product managers to be true champions for the product by taking ownership of key metrics and achieving results.

As Senior Product Manager, You'll..

  • Own large portions of our roadmap and prioritize impactful projects that align with our business objectives.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our customers' motivations to craft products that delight them.
  • Establish scope and success criteria for projects and partner with cross-functional colleagues to identify key trade-offs and decisions to be made.
  • Manage sprint process, decision-making, and consensus-building to manage projects to successful launch.
  • Take responsibility for ensuring business alignment around new releases and changes, including briefing other team leads, providing documentation, tracking key operational blockers, and facilitating trainings.

You'll Need to Have...

  • 2+ years of product management experience at an established technology company or venture-backed startups.
  • Demonstrated track record of effective partnership with engineering, design, and stakeholders to ship products.
  • Experience leading teams to successfully complete significant projects from conception through execution and iteration.
  • Experience creating product hypotheses—and measuring their success—with both qualitative user research and data-driven approaches.

What's It Like to Work at Fundera?

  • We want people who elevate the game—and we're willing to pay for it. We offer competitive salaries and meaningful equity.
  • We offer generous medical, dental, and vision insurance—you shouldn't have to stress about your health.
  • Yes, your Fundera family is very important, but your's at home matters most. That's why we offer incredibly generous maternity and paternity leave.
  • Everybody needs a little R&R—but we want our team to have more than just a little. You'll get flexible PTO and we mean legitimately flexible PTO.
  • Our kitchen is full of a wide-variety of (mostly healthy) snacks to make sure you never go hungry. You can also always find coffee, seltzer, and more on tap to make sure you never go thirsty.
  • We sponsor bi-monthly catered lunches and company happy hours, and other events such as trivia, yoga, and visits to customers. It's important to bring our team together as much as possible.
  • Connect with coworkers who share similar interests and join one of our many "clubs" across the company. For example, check out the Women Who Work or the Foodies of Fundera. Want to start a club that doesn't already exist? You got it.
  • Our cross-team "culture committee" makes sure our team's happiness is always top-of-mind. The group implements a new project every quarter and committee members rotate every few months.
  • Transparency is what our product is built on—and so is our culture. Whether that means regular all-hands meetings, board decks circulated every month, or a highly-accessible leadership team, we're all stakeholders in this company and never forget that.
  • Come to work with a group of supportive, talented, ambitious individuals who will teach you something new every day, whilst building a product that will truly and actually change the lives of America's small businesses and job creators.
