We're looking for a hands-on Product Manager to shape the development of the best banking app in the world on Android.

We have an amazing team of engineers and product designers working on an app that is already part of hundreds of thousands of people's lives. We are continually shipping new features (like Monzo.me and Spending Analysis) to give our customers the best possible experience. We'll be launching current accounts in the next few months, so you'll join us as the sole product manager for Monzo's Android app.

You'll be managing the delivery of all new features on the Android app so that we get the most out of the platform. Responsibilities

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will ensure that Cloudflare continues to build world class products. You will work closely with our engineering team, as well as our customer support, sales and marketing team. This role will span all lifecycles of a product from idea to execution, and you will continuously improve systems, processes and production.

In this role you will be responsible for managing multiple product features across the platform including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, helping to define the product vision, working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to build and release the product and ensuring revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

You will develop use cases documenting specific real-world product application and extrapolate detailed product requirements for the scenarios. You will run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and major features. You will collect and measure key product metrics to inform success and failure of each release and plan iterations accordingly. You will work closely with the engineering team to deliver the product in a timely manner. In short, this role is the core of building great products.

In our London office, we have Product Management roles available that focus on specific areas, including security (how to protect our customers' applications) and content optimisation (how to use new protocols and client technologies on behalf of customers).

Requirements

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, design or related technical field
  • 5 years or more of experience working in SaaS or software product management
  • Track record of leading successful software product launches from scratch and/or delivered multiple major software product releases

The Product Manager for "Synapse & Data" is responsible for the overall strategy behind the platform's business rules engine, data features, reports and analytics. He/she will develop additional features for the business rules engine Synapse, develop the features around pattern recognition and AI and the reporting features that demonstrate the benefits delivered by the product.

  • Maintain appropriate knowledge and documentation about competitive tools on the market and define R&D goals as appropriate;
  • Ensure the voice of the users is heard within the company;
  • Develop a product strategy for synapse, data and reports which is relevant and competitive. Lead feature building workshops and document requested developments in Jira.
  • Participate to the development planning process to ensure feature needed are planned and delivered as appropriate in cooperation with other teams involved;
  • Collaborate to the development process (Jira, workshops, technical meetings...) and with the developers to ensure the delivery of the features are in line with the expectations.
  • Support marketing on Synapse, data and reporting capabilities, features and benefits.
  • Collaborate to the definition and articulation of the product propositions as a whole and for industry sectors we work within;
  • Assist the sales team and account managers to generate new sales of the product and upsell new services to existing clients by providing industry knowledge and product vision;
  • Communications with clients and staff in a timely manner about new features and releases; including training for all staff on product for each new release.

Skills:

  • Proven track record in developing and growing a technical software product;
  • Understanding and interest of marketing, customer engagement, CRM, mobile technology and solutions;
  • A self starter with a can do attitude ready to innovate and deliver on all aspects of product management;
  • Experience and knowledge of the software development lifecycle; including agile methodologies;
  • Market research and Project Management skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Highly professional presentation style;
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines;
  • Ability to multitask;
  • Office productivity tools, e.g. presentation, spreadsheet and word processing skills.

As a product manager, you'll be right at the heart of Funeralcare's digital transformation.   • make sure everything in the pipeline is there for a reason, with meaningful metrics attached
  • interpret how members use our products, and translate that data into new opportunities for solving real problems
  • talk about your product or service with users, colleagues, and partners
