Key Objectives

  • Define product concept and drive to investment decision
  • Translate concept into product requirements that meet customer needs
  • Be part of a cross-functional team to deliver a product that meets customer & market requirements
  • Make decisions on tradeoffs with respect to time, features, resources and quality to meet the business objectives
  • Work with internal functional groups to launch, sell, fulfill, and support product
  • Manage the business to achieve growth and profitability goals
  • Personally evangelize products and company
  • Assist PMM (Product Marketing Manager):
    • Creation of messaging platform to provide foundation for outbound marketing
    • Delivery of effective marketing communication deliverables
    • Development and execution of outbound marketing programs
  • Monitor and respond to external factors including competition, market and technology trends

Specific Responsibilities

  • Perform customer and market research, industry analysis to assess market need, size of opportunity, competitive landscape
  • Define ForeScout addressable market opportunity to evaluate fit with overall company goals, objectives and sustainable competitive advantage
  • Quantify ForeScout opportunity, cost, and resource requirements through business case development
  • Define and iterate short and long term product roadmap to meet changing market and customer requirements
  • Create product requirements document (PRD) that defines feature/functionality, technology and timelines
  • Ensure product in development matches the specified requirements Validate the implementation and the value proposition with customers (e.g. executing beta program)
  • Understand and meet customer commitments
  • Ensure that the tradeoff decisions are aligned with the value proposition
  • Establish and communicate minimal acceptance criteria to enable a Go/No Go decision
  • Incorporate feedback into product prior to release
  • Determine, monitor and analyze key business performance metrics (eg. Booking/ Revenue, Operating income, Renewal rates, ASPs, Market share, Pipeline, etc.)
  • Determine product investment strategy including enhancements, new product introduction, geographic expansion, distribution and EOL decision

  • Minimally 4 years' experience in product management
  • Understanding of modern Global 2000 IT environments
  • Proven experience in networking, security, mobile or virtualization technologies
  • Experience with enterprise products – SIEM, NGFW, EPP, EPP, ATD, NAC
  • University/College degree in relevant subject

We are looking for a passionate Product Manager to own our Payments Product flows. This is the perfect job for experienced Product Managers who love the epayments scene, breath conversion and get excited about approval rates.   • Serve as the product owner of the checkout experience, payment systems and the associated flows. Lead the optimization of the existing systems and payment procedures.
  • Be responsible for Integration and Implementation of new credit/debit card processing solutions (APIs) as well as alternative payment methods.
  • Plan, develop and execute the product roadmap.
  • Translate users' pains and needs into prioritized product requirements, write product specifications and build wireframes.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team made of developers, designers and analysts to work together and deliver, analyze, monitor and iterate on simple and awesome products.
  • Manage the vision, ideation and prioritization of features and set product milestones. Establish success metrics and track the progress to delivery.
  • Work closely with other Fiverr teams and articulate your vision, priorities, challenges and opportunities to assure our users get the best experience, all the time.
  • Understand Fiverr's strategic position in the entrepreneurship world and know how to implement it within the roadmap and leverage it to help make a good experience for our users.


  • 3+ years Experience as a Product Manager working with online payment technologies, and in-depth knowledge of the online payment world Experience in building internal transactions routing system (routing of credit cards transactions)
  • Experience in building internal validation tools and procedures to improve acceptance rates
  • Knowledge in Risk tools and procedures (KYC, CB) - an advantage
  • Deep understanding of UI/UX of consumer web applications
  • Hands-on experience with doing mockups and wireframes
  • Analytical and logical skills
  • Experience with quantitative and qualitative user research
  • Ability to work in a fast paced internet startup environment
  • Highly collaborative and comfortable with both high-level planning and tactical execution
