We are looking for a client-focused, dynamic Product Manager to join our close-knit team. As the Product Manager you will be responsible for guiding the evolution of our platform KONUX Andromeda. KONUX Andromeda is a platform that delivers actionable insights to industrial companies through analysing the data we collect and thus enabling predictive maintenance. You will work closely with clients, industry participants and internal development resources to translate industry needs into viable software solutions. Our global client base is primarily comprised of industrial companies who rely on KONUX Andromeda to drive forward the digitalisation of their facilities and prevent delays or even downtimes through innovative ways of interpreting data. Your Responsibilities

  • Operate alongside the customer and close to the problem
  • Research, understand, and document our customers' needs and how to implement them in our product
  • Master requirement engineering to build what our customers need
  • Develop customer relationships and constantly exchange with customers
  • Create functional specifications and present proposed solutions to clients and senior management
  • Provide system expertise and product demo presentations in a pre-sales and post-sales capacity as needed
  • Empower the engineering team to bring products into the market and wind down unsuccessful products by playing the product owner role
  • Keep the engineering team on track and shield them from all distractions
  • Champion the product, internally and externally
  • Responsible for P&L of a product - create business cases for the product
  • You are a bridge between every department that touches the product

Required Skills and Experiences

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position in a fast growing environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline
  • Great analytical abilities to quickly assess customer needs and implement them in our product
  • Strong passion for IoT products
  • Knowledge of, and strong demonstrated interest in, technology markets and technological products (SaaS preferred)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Awesome critical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Experience with and understanding of relational database concepts

Product Owner - Messaging

Wunder is looking for a Product Owner Messaging (m/f) to work with our Product Team and to drive the development of the next generation of transportation apps. The Product Owner holds a central role in improving the experience for our users. He works cross-functional to facilitate the establishment of urban carpooling as an alternative to owning a car and public transportation.

  • Empathize with our users and understand their communication needs
  • Define individual product features regarding our internal messaging feature
  • Prioritize user stories to maximize the team's impact
  • Validate new features with rapid prototyping and internal and external feedback sessions
  • Work closely with product analytics, design and engineering in a lean and agile way
  • Define metrics for success and ensure a short feedback loop
  • Work with our QA Engineers to deliver an awesome user experience
  • Identify potential issues and handle them in a timely manner to keep our commitment to ship weekly updates of our apps
  • Help our marketing and growth teams to communicate new features to our international user base


  • 1+ years of experience in product management for mobile apps, preferably with mobile messaging services
  • Experience in test driven development and testing of mobile apps
  • Experience in writing product specifications, user stories and technical requirements
  • You have an eye for design and an ear for the user
  • You have basic coding skills, but you don't consider yourself an engineer
  • You are fluent in English, any other European languages are a plus
  • You are a self-starter and want to found your own startup

What you'll do:

  • Manage a range of special product features: conduct user and market research, oversee roadmap planning, engage in wireframing, handle A/B test analysis and more.
  • Communicate and collaborate with individuals from numerous departments and functions as you oversee the development process for iOS and Android app features.
  • Monitor relevant business and app performance KPIs so that you have an up-to-date view of current progress and know where and when to make tweaks.
  • Document your findings and progress on our internal knowledge base and take part in daily standup meetings so that all relevant parties are informed of the current status of features.
  • Provide occasional consultation to our Product Marketing team to ensure they have all the information they need to properly promote our product.

What you'll need:

  • Some previous experience (including an internship) working as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
  • A bachelor's degree.
  • Good project management skills: you must be able to recognize business-relevant KPIs and direct a project in a way that will achieve business goals.
  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, that allow you to interact with a wide variety of people and avoid misunderstandings.
  • At least a basic understand of mobile UI and UX patterns.
  • Some understanding of product concept specifications.
  • The ability to work well as part of a team, coupled with natural leadership skills.
  • Fluency in English (our company language).
