Jet.com is building a best-in-class experimentation program in order to better understand our customers and how they react to changes to the customer experience.

The Senior Product Manager will interact with cross-functional teams to develop testing roadmaps and help drive overall strategy using quantitative methods to support business decisions. In addition to supporting day-to-day operations to launch tests, the Senior Product Manager will also help define requirements to improve our experimentation capabilities.

The ideal candidate has an inquisitive mindset and a passion for using data to find answers to difficult questions.


  • Work closely with business stakeholders to create new feature test plans and decision trees to drive a "test and learn" culture
  • Own the prioritization process or "air traffic controlling" that assess potential impact to key metrics and defines when experiments can or cannot overlap
  • Run exploratory analysis to identify key areas of the site or specific customer experiences that can be optimized
  • Lead training sessions and provide best practices as experimentation scales to more teams within the organization

About you

  • A strong understanding of experimental design and testing methodologies
  • Ability to manipulate and draw insight from large, complex, multi-dimensional data sets (SQL, R, Python)
  • Flexibility to adapt and learn quickly about all aspects of the business
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills


  • Minimum 4+ years of relevant work experience within product management, experimentation or digital analytics function
  • Master's degree Statistics, Applied Math, Economics or related fields

Bonus points

  • Previous eCommerce or digital analytics experience
  • Experience with enterprise-class testing and analytics platforms (Maxymiser, Sitespect, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics)
