Come join the Intuit's Security R&D team as Product and Systems Engineering Manager. Join a team responsible for innovative and foundational security services used by our internal customers to secure data in the cloud. We are looking for a capable and experienced product manager who will be directly responsible for all product management aspects of security services developed in our group in addition to leading a team of systems engineers responsible for the adoption of our services by internal customer. The right candidate will be highly motivated, with a passion for delivering quality products and service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead product strategy and execution for Intuit Information Security - Security R&D
  • Translate game-changing projects into execution, by working closely with our engineering and DevOps teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Develop a deep understanding of the needs (both expressed and unexpressed) of our internal customers and the highest priority projects for the security R&D group to meet those needs
  • Communicate and educate key customers on product changes, and collect feedback to guide future improvements
  • Manage a team of systems engineers, responsible for customer adoption of our security services (mainly around cloud encryption and key management, with more services planned to be released in the short term).

Qualifications

  • 10+ years delivering world-class security products in a Product Management role
  • Proven track record of setting product vision and translating it into a product roadmap and end-to-end execution.
  • Proven team management experience
  • Insanely curious and data-driven
  • Proven experience in data security, encryption and key management technologies
  • Experience in AWS
  • Passionate for solving customer problems (the big ones and the small ones)
  • Excels in driving cross-functional teams
  • Develops and defends strong points-of-view with data and analytics
  • Experience coaching and growing other product managers
  • Master's Degree or a BS required
