We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the vision, roadmap and execution for our Digital squad. As a newly formed squad, the Digital team functions as a "startup within a startup" that is responsible for incubating, building, and launching ClassPass's first video and audio products. Your work involves bringing together digital (video/audio) content, wearable technology, and user-centric features to deliver a product experience that users love.

Having already conquered 39 cities and partnered with 9,000 fitness studios, ClassPass is now bringing innovative, high-quality boutique fitness to living rooms around the world.

What you'll do:

  • Lead ideation, evaluation, prioritization, and definition of the product feature roadmap
  • Work closely with video production team members to plan and prioritize dependencies
  • Partner with engineering and design to effectively run agile sprint processes
  • Leverage user research and testing for quick decision-making and iterations
  • Partner with stakeholders from across the organization to understand and prioritize needs

Who you are:

  • A senior product leader with experience building successful web / mobile products from ideation to scale
  • Technical and analytical - able to understand how products are built and comfortable setting up, querying, and interpreting data
  • Excellent communicator, presenter, and cross-functional partner
  • Entrepreneurial, scrappy, and nimble in approach
  • Creative and passionate about building products people love

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management
  • Track record of building and shipping successful web / mobile products
  • High comfort in decision-making with imperfect information
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills
  • Able to present work to a wide range of stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for learning
  • Technical understanding of the products you build
  • Ability to work well cross functionally
  • Knowledge of how to utilize product analytics to drive decision making
