Search Ads is an easy, efficient and fast-growing platform for app discovery. With over 65% of all app downloads resulting directly from a search on the App Store, Search Ads is quickly becoming the app promotion platform of choice for iOS developers.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own tools used for account management, billing/payment and user management. In this role, you will envision, develop and maintain tools that streamline processes and scale alongside the core Search Ads product by partnering with internal stakeholders to identify and address key operational needs. You'll be responsible for writing detailed requirements, determining prioritization of features and responding to production questions.

Key Qualifications

  • 5-8 years in Product Management, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Comfortable engaging with Engineering on technical design discussions and proposing simple, creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Proven ability to establish rapport, credibility and influence others to drive results across a large matrixed organization.
  • Possess strong decision making and prioritization skills.
  • Motivated, dynamic, creative and results-oriented.
  • Flexible, fast learner who thrives in a constantly changing work environment.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work productively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Effective time-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Solid work ethic.


  • Define product enhancements/features and communicate requirements to UX design and engineering teams via clearly written requirements documents, diagrams, and concise verbal communication.
  • Investigate and analyze requests from internal stakeholders, customers and partners.
  • Prioritize the roadmap of features and enhancements for your product area.
  • Negotiate and set milestones and expectations throughout the broader organization.
  • Represent business objectives and feature solutions during product reviews with executives.
  • Follow through on relevant action items for the work team to address.
  • Collaborate with UX design, engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and high quality delivery against the product roadmap.
  • Serve as a resource for internal team that have product questions, feature requests, and other product related needs.


  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related field.

Additional Requirements

  • Some background in the mobile advertising industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent brainstorming and white boarding skills.
