What you'll do:

Director, Product Management will manage and develop product direction, roadmap, and strategy for the Everyday Health Pregnancy & Parenting division.

The Work:

  • Manage departmental budgeting, resource planning/allocation, and goal setting;
  • Direct, coach, and develop skills of other product managers and product designers;
  • Specialize in mobile applications, websites, and newsletters;
  • Specialize in native, programmatic, and identity-based advertising;
  • Specialize in product data analytics to measure product performance;
  • Optimize audience growth and user engagement for on and off-network products;
  • Responsible for audience expertise (demographic and psychographic), pertaining to expectant mothers and parents;
  • Responsible for market expertise (competitors and industry forces) pertaining to brand and healthcare marketers.

What we're looking for:

What we're looking for:

  • Requires Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field;
  • 3 years of product development experience;
  • At least 2 years of experience with each of the following: Departmental budgeting, resource planning/allocation, and goal setting; Directing, coaching and developing product/design talent; Mobile applications, websites, and newsletters; Native, programmatic, and identity-based advertising; and audience and market expertise as detailed above expertise;
  • The position requires 5% travel within the continental United States to client meetings and conferences.
