You will be joining the OnDeck Product team - a group of product managers, designers and user researchers with deep passion for building elegant and rave worthy user experiences to solve big, complex problems. As a Product Manager on the Analytics Services product vertical, you will be responsible for building innovative fraud and credit analytics solutions into our high velocity originations flow. You will focus your energy on envisioning data strategies that help OnDeck understand the credit needs and capacities of small businesses as they engage with OnDeck across multiple channels and using these insights to make efficient lending decisions.

As a Product Manager for Analytics Services, you will:

  • Formulate credit product strategies across the variety of channels that small business owners use to interact with OnDeck
  • Collaborate with technology, credit, sales and operations to design, build, and launch strategies that give insight into the credit needs of small business owners while maintaining an exceptional user experience.
  • Be a thought leader in driving the credit roadmap for our originations engine, leveraging a deep understanding of service design and OnDeck's own evolving risk management capabilities
  • Define a learning agenda and an iterative approach to testing your key product hypotheses.
  • Monitor the performance of your product and continuously improve it.
  • Grow and evolve existing acquisitions channels to become significant revenue drivers for OnDeck.

Qualifications for success:

  • You have minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or data science in Finance; with experience in credit risk management a plus.
  • You have a strong technical background in statistics or finance as well as in building data intensive decision platforms
  • You have a data-driven approach to understanding and optimizing processes.
  • You have exceptional communication skills across stakeholders, technologists, data scientists, senior management, and third party partners.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and are capable of building relationships to gain buy in and achieve business results.
  • You have a passion for following and improving Agile development
