WAVE is the new #BUILTBYGIRLS platform that matches 15-18yo girls with professionals in tech to expose them to a multitude of tech-enabled career options. Over the past 4 months, we've developed an MVP for the the core mentor platform app to launch our beta test with 150 girls and 150 Advisors from companies like Snap, Giphy, Spotify, Rent The Runway, Refinery29. You can read more about the platform in Fast Company: How #BUILTBYGIRLS Plans to Build a Network of 20,000 Women in Tech.

We believe our young women - and Advisors - need products that are easy to use, save them time, guide them step by step - and are beautiful to boot. We're looking for a Product Manager who shares our philosophy, and can own the vision and direction for WAVE.

In case you haven't heard AOL these days consists of totally awesome brands like Huffington Post, Mapquest, TechCrunch and Engadget just to name a few. Additionally, we own & operate the best advertising technology stack in the business with our launch of AOL One giving both advertisers and publishers an end to end solution for their clients.
