Box is looking for a Product Manager to redefine how organizations manage and secure content in the digital age. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and our partners to bring to market enterprise and security solutions for Box's product portfolio. You will play a critical role in the entire product development lifecycle from defining new market opportunities and requirements to driving execution and a successful GTM strategy. This is a high impact, high visibility role, where you will be responsible for building products that deliver business value which end users love. The successful candidate must be able to hold an in-depth conversation with CIOs/CISOs, high profile partners, and line -of-business users, know how to work with an agile engineering team to build scalable features on fast timelines, and be able to chart a course for the future of. Above all, you must have a passion for great user experiences and top-notch design.


  • Drive Box's product roadmap for Enterprise, informed by partners, extensive customer and field interaction, deep knowledge of the enterprise IT landscapes and a keen sense of business strategy.
  • Partner across cross-functional teams to author product requirements and collaborate with engineering to drive execution.
  • Inspire and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver successful products to market.
  • Collect and measure key product metrics to inform success/failure of each release and plan iterations accordingly.
  • Engage with Box's executive team on a regular basis for strategy, execution and market discussions.


  • 2+ years experience in Product Management, or a related field such as Product Marketing, Engineering, or Sales Engineering.
  • Domain expertise in enterprise content management. Experience with ITinfrastructure or business process management is a plus.
  • Experience with cloud business models and technologies desired. MUST understand technologies and processes used by enterprise IT organizations.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and agile development methods. Must be capable of delivering new products and features iteratively.
  • Excellent organization and communications skills. MUST be highly collaborative.
  • Natural leadership skills and ability to work with all teams in the company.
  • Passion for cloud technologies.
  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field. MBA a plus.
