Come join Intuit as part of the Central Technology Organization as a Senior Product Manager, Mobile Platforms and Services. We are looking for a candidate to help define and evolve the mobile services that are the foundation for Intuit's mobile offerings. This role is responsible for the strategic direction and executable roadmap of Intuit's shared mobile services for all our mobile offerings.

Responsibilities

The Product Manager, Mobile Platforms and Services, is responsible for leading the product & services strategy, offering portfolio and roadmap for many core mobile services that power Intuit's mobile products. This key role on our Central Technology Organization Product Management team will:

  • Understand Business Unit product strategies, Channel Sales distribution strategies, Product Development needs and industry trends. Based on this understanding, drive cross-functional team to develop Intuit's shared mobile services technology roadmap.
  • Maintain and communicate the roadmap, managing trade-offs among Business Unit priorities, strategic bets, features, technology, and other considerations.
  • Drive the dialog between Intuit's Business Units, Functional Groups, User Experience Design, and Channel Sales to ensure all mobile offerings can successfully onboard shared mobile technology solutions.
  • Manage Intuit's relationship with key technology service providers in the mobile ecosystem.
  • Leverage usability studies, business and usage data, external industry trends, and metrics to generate insights and make informed product and services decisions.
  • Lead innovation in products and think creatively about business models
  • Lead through process excellence and demonstrate effective project management skills as well as anticipate risks and implementing mitigation plans.
  • Collaborate and lead cross functional teams across a variety of geographies (product, regional marketing, sales and customer care).

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a Product Management designing and delivering world-class SaaS software products with at least 2 years working on a mobile product
  • Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for mobile platform services.
  • Experience working as part of a central technology or services organization with a value chain of customers that includes business units, functional groups, and end users.
  • Ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap.
  • Experience with Agile development and methodologies.
  • Proven expertise leading cross-functional teams that together launch on-time and on-budget services, platform, and product offerings.
  • Experience with cloud services and architectures.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to think and lead complex projects simultaneously.
  • Successful history of delivering customer-driven products designed to create a great customer experience.
  • Demonstrate cross-functional partnering skills with the ability to gain shared vision on challenging decisions and priority trade-offs. Identify the critical few priorities, and keep the team focused on them.
  • Graduate degree in business or equivalent work experience is a plus
