Ticketmaster, a Live Nation Entertainment company, and IOMEDIA, Inc. have agreed to strategically build and support several key software initiatives to provide joint customers a "best of both" approach working with the strength of what each organization brings for customer sales, engagement, and management.

Products include a complete re-imaging of Ticketmaster's Account Manger product line, as well as deeper technology integrations for Virtual Venue and Season Ticket Portal suites of products.

This significant partnership and commitment to build the best continues to strengthen the on-going 7 year relationship between the two companies. IOMEDIA, located in New York City, is a creative technology company that is focused on software development and products that visualize a full range of digital services from 3D seat view technology, ticketing, and season ticket holder management within the sports & entertainment industries.

The Role:

IOMEDIA is seeking a full-time Product Manager to join our Sports & Entertainment Team who excels within the digital space and is passionate about major sports, collegiate sports, concerts, and live entertainment.

The Product Management team works closely with our UX/UI, engineering and sales & marketing teams to guide product conceptions to launch. You have the ability to break down complex problems and tackle problems in an agile workspace that requires deliveries in tight deadlines.


  • Have a passion for conceiving, designing and bringing to market products that innovate across mobile and desktop
  • Gather requirements to define a product vision and strategy
  • Understand the business objectives and goals of the company to shape your products vision
  • Communicate clearly to stakeholders internally product concepts
  • Have the ability to be analytical and roadmap features based on user events
  • Collaborate with product owners, designers and development teams to define product features, design and user experience to provide detailed guidelines and documentation to developers
  • Present ideas and feature enhancements with supporting documentation and user flows
  • Deliver quality work, on time including short/tight deadlines
  • Collaborator who can take constructive criticism to reach the goals set forth
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized

Qualification Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2+ years of product management or product design experience
