Your Next Challenge:

We're looking for a CRM Product Manager to lead the evolution of Getty's CRM product. In this role, you will partner closely with sales, marketing, and technology leadership teams leading initiatives that continue to optimize and mature our sales and marketing capabilities. You are responsible for understanding the strategic goals and business needs, defining high-level product requirements, guiding technical solutions, and all aspects of communicating with and managing a cross-functional team.

  • Leverage your CRM domain knowledge to build products that mature sales and marketing capabilities
  • Define solution architecture utilizing best practice and innovation
  • Create a strong end to end working team that executes quickly and has a shared vision of success
  • Own, manage, and communicate both short and long term deliverables
  • Create cross-functional alignment against goals and key performance metrics

What You'll Need:

  • 4+ years product management experience in an online commerce environment
  • 4+ years technical solution experience with CRM platforms, Salesforce.com experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus
  • Outstanding strategic and technical aptitude
  • Confidence working with senior management and executives
  • Experience developing a visible prioritization framework that enables clear and consistent decision-making
  • Strong bias for action; ability to juggle multiple priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence versus direct management; excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience building solutions using agile methodologies
  • A history of positive peer feedback as a collaborator and communicator who drives results
