ON24 is seeking a Senior Product Manager (Video Marketing) to join the product management team and help drive the roadmap and revenue goals of the ON24 video marketing product line. This person will be responsible for the planning, execution, and product marketing of technology products into both direct and in-direct distribution channels. This includes gathering and prioritizing product requirements, refining the product vision, developing positioning and sales tools, and working closely with a cross functional team to deliver new and enhanced products to the market in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have experience with SaaS software, digital/content marketing, video solutions, and streaming technologies; be a strong communicator both written and verbal, and be well versed in Agile development processes.


  • Define and develop new platform and product features.
  • Translate the product vision and priorities into comprehensive product requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, marketing and delivery teams.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans and manage the entire product lifecycle.
  • Gather and analyze market trends, competitive data, and customer input to develop product and solution value proposition and positioning.
  • Manage product launches by leading cross-functional team, producing product collateral, and training/communicating to sales and channels.
  • Create and deliver effective competitive selling tools.
  • Track the success of your products and drive increased utilization.


  • 3+ years of product management experience.
  • 3+ years of product marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering products and services to enterprise customers through direct and in-direct channels.
  • Experience working closely with direct sales teams.


  • Expert knowledge of SaaS software development and Agile processes.
  • Passion for technology with a technical understanding of web marketing, online applications, content marketing, and internet services markets.
  • Self-motivated strategic thinker with proven ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communications skills and experience working with company executives and senior management.
