ABOUT THE ROLE

Hired seeks a product visionary to solve the problem of getting everyone a job they love. This product manager will own the end to end candidate experience on the hired marketplace from conversion to engagement. Your job is to fix the broken job search experience for technology workers around the globe.

WHAT WE NEED YOUR HELP WITH

  • Display ability to be the voice of the candidate; specifically job seekers in the technology worker segment
  • Authentically display dedication to success of stakeholders across the company
  • Become an expert on your customers
  • Navigate and effectively work with cross-functional teams to build rapport, keep colleagues on task, and produce results that consistently exceed project expectations.
  • Act as an expert with iterative development techniques
  • Understanding of HR industry, HR technology.
  • Growing and engaging Hired's large consumer user base.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • 5+ years of experience in a Product Management function
  • Experience managing multiple cross functional Product teams.
  • Experience building consumer products at scale
  • Experience with growth strategy/tactics, CRO
  • Marketing Technology experience.
  • Expertise and hands on experience working with qualitative & quantitative user research techniques
  • Marketplace experience
  • Exemplary analytical skills
