LivePerson is currently seeking a Product Manager to join our Product House in our Alpharetta, GA office.

What You Will Own:

  • Create functional and UI specifications, wire frames, mock-ups and any other supporting materials needed to frame the desigand implementation of the product.
  • Review with requestor groups and development teams and be the main contact for the specifications during the software development and implementation phases.
  • Interface with all relevant stake holders to drive timely, seamless and successful rollouts/launches.
  • Develop a strong understanding of foundational backend technology issues and the impact they have on other areas of the product.
  • The successful candidate must be comfortable discussing responsive and Adaptive websites, external facing APIs, REST concepts, etc.
  • Manage multiple projects and schedules with shared resources.
  • Create and maintain relevant product documentation for various internal customers
  • Assist with testing and QA of mobile product

What You Need for Success:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Software Product Management.
  • 1-3 years Mobile Product Management.
  • Mobile UX design experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in technical field required.
  • Experience working in an Agile or Iterative delivery model strongly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication and meeting management skills a must.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, ability to multi-task.
