We are seeking an exceptional, strategic and hands-on Product Manager with strong cross-functional teamwork skills to lead our product development lifecycle from concept, launch, through iterations, building an innovative new full lifecycle shopping experience for users. The ideal candidate is user-centric and has a successful track record of establishing a product vision aligned with key business goals and building consensus across key company stakeholders with a bias towards action. You can break down complex problems, plan and prioritize all steps needed to drive product development, and are passionate about the iterative "test and learn" approach and data analytics for continuous improvement to meet goals. You will be reporting directly to the President and collaborating closely with our Creative, Tech, Marketing and eCommerce teams. Experience in startups, fashion, and eCommerce is preferred.

  • Define product strategy, goals, functionality and requirements to realize key business goals boost trade-in acquisition volumes and dramatically driving eCommerce revenue.
  • Effectively lead product strategy across a cross-functional group including Creative, Tech, Marketing and eCommerce by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.
  • Create and maintain product roadmaps and supporting documentation including creating user stories, user flows, scenarios, wireframes, mockups and functional specifications
  • Lead user research, collaborating with Customer, Creative, Tech teams, and additional UX freelance experts as needed to reach the best version of a product to bring to market.
  • Prioritize development activities with engineering teams, assist in determining the best technical implementation methods, work closely with QA on acceptance testing and lead product launches.
  • Manage day-to-day tasks across cross-functional team to ensure on-schedule delivery of projects.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of product management experience
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering digital products to meet business and KPI goals
  • Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills to promote effective collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Must be both strategic and analytical with solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Results-oriented and resourceful self-starter who works effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional team members.
  • Emphasis on user-driven product design and data-driven product refinement.
  • Passion for working with Agile methodology with open-minded enthusiasm for continuous iterations based on learnings.
  • Strong understanding of UX and ability to create intuitive wireframes and mockups.
  • Experience with responsive web across screen sizes and device types, in particular, mobile web.
  • Must be detailed-oriented, well organized and able to thrive in deadline-driven environment.
  • Up-to-date understanding of market trends and keen interest in following emerging technologies.


  • Annual salary: 90K-100K
