People still rely on email, a single-player tool, in today's team-oriented, multi-player work environment. At Front, we're creating the first inbox for teams. Front brings all of your communication channels (email, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) into one place so you can triage and assign messages, have internal conversations around them, and even sync your work across other services you use from Salesforce to Github. Today, over 1,300 companies rely on Front to power communication in their business, and we're just getting started.

We're looking for our first Product Manager. You will work closely with the CEO and partner with Engineering, Design, Sales & Marketing to help innovate and execute product initiatives across the company. This position is full-time and located in our San Francisco office.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales & Marketing to plan, build and launch product features
  • Rally teams to work together towards a common goal; oversee many moving parts to ensure deliverables are met on time
  • Write specs, manage project execution, A/B test, UI/UX wireframe, and define product roll-out strategy
  • Discover and present new product insights by analyzing and interpreting large bodies of qualitative and quantitative customer data
  • Conduct user research & user testing to collect new customer insights
  • Understand Front's competitive position in the market; execute on our strategic plan to become the primary client that companies use to manage all of their external communication

Requirements

  • 3+ years working as a Product Manager in the technology industry
  • Track record of success working cross-functionally in collaborative, fast-paced environments

  • "Get stuff done" attitude
  • Comfortable analyzing data and interpreting results to guide product decisions
  • Love for our users and passion for understanding their needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
