Eventbrite is a bustling, global marketplace where anyone can post an event in minutes or buy a ticket in seconds. The Risk, Payments and Trust & Safety teams make sure that all of that goes smoothly. Our event creators easily sell tickets and access their funds quickly, and our attendees find great experiences. That happens reliably even as we launch innovative features and expand into new markets across the world. The Payments & Risk Product Manager will be responsible for designing and building the products and features that make all this possible.
You’ll be joining an experienced team of talented Product Managers, engineers, data scientists and operation specialists all working towards the common goal of keeping Eventbrite users safe. You’ll be charged with creating powerful and easy-to-use solutions for our word class risk & fraud team and making experiences on our platform safe and seamless for our users. You will own the risk product roadmap and help us accelerate our growth into new markets, ticketing verticals and lines of business.
You’ll shape the future of payments & risk at Eventbrite by defining a vision, strategy and roadmap and executing on it. You will gather and specify product requirements, understand customer pain points and opportunities for product improvements. You will work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and collaborate with peer product managers and engineers, and partners in accounting, legal, and operations. Your ultimate goal is to build high quality products that enable the trusted relationship our users have with Eventbrite and impact our high-growth business.
