The Anti-Evil team at Reddit is seeking a Product Manager to revolutionize how to protect our Redditors and Communities. You'll ship products that identify and remediate abusive behavior so our communities can express themselves freely and safely on Reddit.

You'll distill problems into clear, measurable projects, separating out the noise to focus on what will move your metrics forward. You'll rally expert teams of engineers, data scientists, and designers to execute against your goals to help keep Reddit a safe place for expression. You'll have high impact across the company and the internet.


  • Partner with Reddit's Community team to identify impactful areas that enable operational experts to support and nurture our communities to ensure they are the best community experiences on the internet.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, writing specs for product features, driving development and execution, and launching successful features.
  • Collaborate with teams across the Reddit org, including Engineering, Business Development, Data Science, User Design, and User Research.
  • Actively participate in research and engage with the Reddit community to incorporate user feedback into requirements.


  • You are a strategic thinker who thrives when developing long-term strategy in addition to delivering tactical execution
  • You can sift through data to find the most impactful risks to healthy Reddit communities
  • You love tackling ambiguous and undefined problems
  • You are awesome at managing cross-functional dependencies and relationships
  • You have a passion for hunting down bad guys and staying on top of emerging trends in online abuse
  • You can digest complicated problems into clearly framed measurable projects
  • 2+ years of product management experience
  • Located in (or are willing to relocate to) San Francisco
  • CS or engineering background a plus
