We are seeking for a Product Manager to build products that delight our customers, who can be a single professional, a small business, or a Fortune 100 enterprise.

Airbnb for Work is a young but one of the fastest growing business. The team has audacious goals.  We are seeking intellectually curious and entrepreneurial product managers to build innovative products for our customers. Experience driving growth, building product from zero to one, design thinking, customer understanding, and a familiarity with operations will be critical to the success of this role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full product cycle: ideation, research, design, development, and launch.
  • Own product experience for the entire user journey.
  • Build alignment across the company, from cross-functional partners including marketing, PR, sales and customer support, to leadership team.
  • Develop instrumentation, logging, tracking, reporting, and analytics tools to allow for data collection and optimization of the user experience.
  • Identify new market openings, define strategy, and lead the execution of products that delight customers.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Obsessed about customer experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and effectively communicate them to a non-technical audience
  • Ability to prioritize, set goals and direct team effort efficiently
  • 5 years of work experience as a Product Manager at a technology company

Preferred

  • Experience in driving growth and optimization for consumer products
  • Experience in building tools for small businesses
  • Technical skills and/or degree
  • 10 years of work experience as a Product Manager
