As Product Manager on our eCommerce Communications & Engagement team you will be dedicated to understanding the needs and challenges our customers face as they buy, use, and understand their benefits throughout the year so that you can be their advocate as you create and deliver the the communication that will keep them engaged throughout the year during the moments that matter to their life. You will lead the product from insight to delivery. You will navigate through the complex benefits industry and advocate for the advancement of our technology to ensure we can deliver a differentiated and superior customer experience that leverages all communication channels and touchpoints.
You will act as the organizational business leader for our flagship product and are responsible for functional product definition, health and driving growth and profitability of the product. This includes establishing and socializing a product vision that is backed by consumer research and data, conducting hypothesis testing to bring clarity to areas of ambiguity, creating a strategy and roadmap with clear prioritization and supporting the teams to deliver ongoing product improvements in an agile environment. You will be a key voice and influential leader leading with your cross functional teams including Product Ownership, User Experience, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing to ensure execution of a cohesive customer experience.
