Grand Rounds' vision is to create a path to great health and health care, for everyone, everywhere. Founded in 2011, the company provides an employer-based platform that delivers improved outcomes for patients and their families. It does this through an end-to-end solution that connects patients with care informed by the latest and best practices—preventing and correcting misdiagnoses and unnecessary or failed treatments. Named second among Glassdoor's 2016 Best Places to Work, Grand Rounds helps restore individual health and quality of life, and offers employers lower health care spend and higher employee productivity.
We recently launched our newest product to the market: Grand Rounds Summit, a comprehensive clinical navigation and network optimization solution. A key component to Grand Rounds Summit is the ability to help members overcome barriers to receiving healthcare - for example, financial barriers. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities and building products to address these barriers. Some of the questions you will tackle include: What are the factors that prevent an individual from seeking and receiving the care they need? What can Grand Rounds do with our care team and our products to help address these factors? What information are members missing today that can be empowering?
