Position Summary

The Head of Product will be responsible for the product vision, execution and team culture. This role will report to the CPO/co-Founder and serve as a strong second in the Product Team, owning the vision for product and the integrated roadmap.


Management and Leadership

  • Manage the day-to-day execution of all product activities for the purpose of meeting the product and business’s goals.
  • Manage the product life cycle from idea to market research to roadmap to market specifications to product specifications to technical specifications to build requirements
  • Manage the entire Product Management process, playing a key leadership role and ensuring all product positions are being executed in the most efficient way
  • Drive data driven decisiveness
  • Display strong influence in product management/ownership, engineering and design
  • Coordinate the functions of product design, product maintenance, and product improvement, ensuring that products resonate with the consumers, keeping the team focused on the customer and the market.
  • Engage in the interviewing, recruitment, hiring, and mentoring of key product personnel


  • Be responsible for the execution of the Product Management department’s vision and also ensuring that vision is executed among all employees within the department and throughout the company in a clear roadmap
  • Work with the CPO to implement strategies that cover product vision, product strategy, product design, product development, and product marketing
  • Lead products’ tactics formation and execution by creating and managing a process that drives toward a scalable product portfolio in order to drive the business’ enterprise value and product profitability


  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, Product Management, Marketing, Advertising, Psychology, Engineering or any other related field
  • Experience of over 2 years in a high-ranking Product Management position, preferably as a Head of Product Management in a complex business setting or diverse experience in the fields of product marketing, management, and communications
  • Great verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to effectively communicate, motivate, and inspire cross-functional teams with professionalism and clarity
  • Superior problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional strategic and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Being detail oriented and having the ability to conceptualize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with ease
  • Ability to deliver against set objectives while operating on some occasions in stressful situations
  • Ability to deliver to a time bounded plan
  • Experience dealing with shifting priorities and issues inherent to a fast growth company
  • A plus if demonstrated experience in dealing with issues of medtech on an international basis: understanding of the North American and European landscape (knowledge of the Asian market would be an additional plus)
  • Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams
  • Ability to supervise and manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Ability to efficiently interact with the Senior Management Team
