Our Director of Product Management will oversee a high potential, high growth product management team that interfaces with over thirty-five engineers to build patient centric product lines that accelerate our category leadership in addressing disease burden.
We have offices in San Francisco and New York. Both locations are available.
What you'll do
Develop world-class, enterprise-ready patient centric SaaS products to help reduce the burden of disease and accelerate the journey towards value based care
Oversee product managers to provide guidance and support to ensure the product team has the skills, mentorship and organizational resourcing to deliver "wow" on our platform and our product lines
Coach, mentor and develop a team of product managers to reach individual goals while fostering cross-functional collaboration across a PMs overseeing a data platform and 3-5 individual product lines
Guide product managers as they craft and evaluate future product opportunities; create and maintain a consistent and measurable framework for evaluating potential investments spanning both smaller features and more ambitious, market-shaping bets
Partner with product managers as they define the vision, goals, scope, priority, and measures of success for their products
Empower the team to make both strategic and tactical decisions to define requirements, improve our products, partner with customer success to drive adoption of our platform and generate stakeholder buy-in for our desired path forward
Align with Product and Engineering to define and develop where the product team lives within the company organization and how the product team interacts with the other organizations to push forward the company's patient centric vision
Partner with leadership and HR to grow Komodo Health's product organization
Identify, test, and champion creative process changes to augment our growing product management organization
What we're looking for
3+ years experience managing a team of product managers in a high growth B2B SaaS company
Experience managing a complex, domain centric portfolio of products; experience with healthcare and/or data products are a plus
A passion for improving patient care and addressing unmet medical needs
Strong mentorship and communication skills; helping the team grow by providing coaching on strategies and solutions rather than dictating answers
Adept problem solver who can right fit solutions for target segments by tapping into the best of our organizations' capabilities, technologies, processes and culture
Excellent stewardship over competing priorities - the ability to discern the difference between what we could do vs what we should do
Strong bias towards action in an environment of constant growth, change and ambiguity
