Adomik is an adtech start-up providing a Monetization Management Platform to web publishers to maximize their digital advertising revenue. Our big data and machine-learning powered products leverage advertising platforms to make our clients earn more money with their advertising spaces. Our team of 50 people is spread out across Paris and New York and we work with 70+ clients in 25+ countries - among which industry leaders such as eBay, the Guardian, Leboncoin or Orange.

REQUIREMENTS

MISSION

  • Develop product vision, strategy, requirements and roadmap
  • Take responsibility for right product / right time
  • Coordinate with business, PS, tech, QA and marketing to ensure product success

RESPONSABILITIES

  • Develop and implement the product strategy and positioning in line with the company vision
  • Make creative recommendations to expand the product base and vision
  • Shape and prioritize product requirements and features based on:
    • Product strategy, business and customer impact
    • Collection and analysis of feedback from customers (based on deep understanding of customer issues & experience), stakeholders and other teams
    • Market trends and competition analyses
  • Identify how to track product use and impact on end users
  • Act as a product owner as part of the scrum development process:
    • Produce product requirements documents
    • Work closely with delivery manager and tech teams on developments planification and requirements explanations
  • Produce key material (Product sheet, FAQ, etc.) that other teams can leverage (for sales, marketing, client training, etc.)
  • Coordinate with business and marketing teams on product pricing, collaterals and release plan
  • Create buy-in for the product vision and features both internally and with key external partners
