The Senior Product and Analytics Manager for Allswell Home is responsible for managing our website and teaming with the CMO to ensure a seamless customer journey from initial touch points through checkout. Your ultimate goal is to drive strategic and incremental changes to the website particularly as it relates to product merchandising, informed by data analysis and industry best practices, ensuring a cohesive, best-in-class site experience.

Challenges you’ll be tackling:

Customer Journey: With high-consideration items like mattresses as our hero product, we face the challenge of maintaining engagement with customers over a long shopping journey. You will be responsible for understanding the intricacies of individual customer journeys, and delivering a seamless and effective on-site experience by channel in conjunction with the marketing team.

Site Evolution: As our product offering evolves and we continue to learn more about our customer, we need to evolve our site and the way product is merchandised therein. You will need to project manage and strategically plan for iterative changes to our site while working with a team of designers, developers, merchandisers, and marketers.

Data Driven Analysis: As we evaluate how and when to make changes to our site, we prioritize data, both quantitative and qualitative. You will be expected to facilitate these tests, package and analyze data, and provide strategic insights to our team as we work towards building a bigger, better, and more effective 

Site Management: We partner with a number of third parties to enable our full suite of services. You will own and project manage the web development side of these relationships, and be responsible for liaising between parties.


  • Drive effective strategies for site enhancement based off of data analysis
  • Manage project timelines to keep various teams and stakeholders organized
  • Lead and motivate a collaborative team of developers, designers, and marketers (full-time and freelance)
  • Collaborate with the CMO and marketing experts to ensure a smooth customer journey by channel
  • Maintain site cohesion and flow through rounds of iterative product change

  • Minimum 6 years of work experience (including internships)
  • Minimum 3 years of product management and/or relevant UI/UX or data analysis experience
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
