The Senior Product Manager will wear many hats to play a pivotal role in the company's success. In this role, you will work with the Executive Team on various top priority projects from defining the company's strategy to crafting partnerships to developing new products and features. This role is ideal for someone who wants to get startup experience across a wide variety of functions and projects, and who is prepared for an environment of rapid growth.


  • Define new products and features, work with engineering to bring those into reality
  • Analyze markets and segments to define Averon's strategy
  • Create content such as presentations, thought leadership pieces
  • Help drive partnership development and negotiations
  • Kick ass and chew gum (gum chewing optional)


  • 3+ years of product management experience
  • 2+ years of consulting experience at top firm
  • Good understanding of web applications, scalability, performance and reliability aspects
  • Proficiency with web services and RESTful API’s
  • Desire to work in an agile development culture
  • Coordinating across internal teams (product, communications, demand generation, sales, SDRs, CS) ensuring go-to-market alignment and readiness including a means to measure results for product and product releases
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills

Additional pluses:

  • MBA preferred but not required
  • Work history or knowledge of the telecom industry or cybersecurity
