Our team is composed of designers, engineers and product people who work closely with the healthcare team. We're very collaborative and fortunate to have a multi-disciplinary team to bring a variety of perspectives to the table.
We face a lot of product and design challenges. Telemedicine is growing very fast, but it is still new to most people and most healthcare practitioners. To be successful, our product needs to work for a wide variety of people - patients, nurses, general practitioners, specialists, HR managers, benefits administrators, etc. As a result, our product has many unique experiences and is spread across multiple apps: a consumer mobile app, a care platform, a management dashboard.
And then, there are challenges of another kind: How do we validate assumptions as quickly and efficiently as possible? How do we design Dialogue, the company? How do we move fast while ensuring tech and design quality? How do we empower everyone at Dialogue to contribute to the process? How do we get and integrate feedback? How do we prioritize what to build next when there's so much to do? None of these questions have obvious answers and that's a big part of what makes it fun.
In order to sustain our rapid growth, we are looking for a Product Manager who will be handling the expansion of the Product and Engineering team, as our platform will grow 10x over the next year.
