Analytics Product Manager:
The Analytics Product Manager will be responsible for building and monetizing our SaaS platform. This person will be working closely with our Director of Insights, utilizing her industry knowledge in the CPG space to build an Insights MVP that could be tested and perfected, while still generating subscription revenue. The initial success metric will be the successful delivery of an insights product that our clients are willing to pay for. This role requires a strong understanding of the CPG industry, analytics and text analysis, as well as SaaS focused UI/UX skills.
Build research methodologies that help address business questions
Manage Influenster's survey research team to make sure timely client deliverables that has added value and actionable findings
Constantly improve on current client deliverables to come up with value add research products to up-sell
Mine massive amounts of TEXT based review data and extract useful product insights
Analyze Google Analytics, Mix Panel or other web data to provide insights to internal teams
Develop a good understanding of Influenster's technology stack as well as tools to build/maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor the performance of our products
Apply your expertise in quantitative/qualitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to build Influenster's Insights SaaS Platform
Partner with Product and Engineering teams to constantly give feedback and Influenster's current and future products
3+ years of experience in managing other team members in a formal or informal capacity
4+ years of experience doing quantitative and qualitative analysis
2+ years of experience in an analytical role in a technology company, consulting, investment banking, or product management
2+ years of experience with SQL or other programming languages
Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
Ability to communicate the results of analysis Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering, or related quantitative field.
Understanding of statistical analysis, experience with packages, such as R, Python numpy
