The Fire Tablets team is looking for a leader who will own the strategy and tactics to drive customer engagement on our tablets. This role will work cross-functionally with Amazon Media Group to develop a strategy to both increase revenue and drive customer usage. The successful candidate will interface with several teams across Amazon and help develop world class mechanisms to meet our fast paced business needs. He or she must be comfortable driving high level business decisions, thriving in ambiguous situations, collaborating with others, and building things from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish cross-functional team effort to deliver key business goals
  • Manage end-to-end relationship with Amazon Media Group Product teams
  • Understand and assess business opportunities in order to proactively determine how best to drive revenue and engagement strategy
  • Own tablet lockscreen strategy and tactics to drive Fire tablet customer engagement


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience in product management, product marketing, and/or digital media
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
  • Experience collaborating across multiple organizations
  • Experience using customer insights and data to back up assumptions and develop strategies


  • MBA degree
  • Experience managing adoption, engagement, and retention focused programs
