At O'Reilly the Product Manager is the center of gravity. Using creative and technical product leadership, you will create simple but powerful user experiences for individuals, teams, and enterprise customers.
Develop a deep understanding and empathy for our customers by interacting with them on an ongoing basis
Collect and synthesize user and stakeholder feedback and communicate your vision in writing and via presentations
Lead the scrum team, defining, refining, and prioritizing a backlog of development user stories
Engage closely with your Engineer and Design partners to determine the best testing and implementation approach for new features and products
Provide transparency into your team's progress with clear, frequent updates to the larger organization
Lead successful product and feature launches by aligning stakeholders from multiple disciplines including finance, sales, customer support, and marketing
You will own product from inception to delivery. You will be responsible for not only defining the "what," but charting the course, the vision for where your product needs to go. Your goal and our shared mission is long-term sustainable value. Collaboration is in your DNA. You and the team will work across the organization, with daily exposure to both customers and senior leadership.
5+ Years Product Management experience in SaaS/Cloud products
Strong customer focus
Experience in working with Agile (Scrum) driven development teams
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Data driven, strong analytical mindset
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience
B2C and B2B SaaS product experience
Experience with Products focused on learning and education
