Pindrop is looking for a high-performing product manager with experience creating telecom network embedded solutions. The role's primary responsibility is to work with carriers to offer core Pindrop solutions to enterprise customers via their network. This includes conducting market analysis, building Go-To-Market strategy, manage pricing, and the roadmap. You will not only be working directly with our customers to understand market needs and trends but will also have high visibility and continuous communication to executives across the organization including our CEO and his team.

Key Skills and Responsibilities

  • Define, own and bring to market authentication and fraud prevention carrier-enabled solutions.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of the product. Define and track key business metrics for product.
  • Lead cross-functional teams from the product's conception through to its launch.
  • Work with carrier partners to develop and deploy joint solutions
  • Build GTM plans for launching Pindrop products along with carriers
  • Develop high level roadmap for bringing on new carrier partners
  • Research competitive products and landscape
  • Communicate effectively in presentations and writing
  • Analyze the market including discerning trends and opportunities
  • Understand carrier products and services and how they can be leveraged to enhance & integrate with Pindrop products
  • Develop the price list including building basic financial models
  • Travel as needed, typically 15-20%

Who You Are

  • Extensive experience working with national and international telephony carrier providers to embed and launch successful enterprise product offerings
  • Self-starter with proven track record of successful product launches
  • Not afraid of a challenge and working in a very fast-paced environment
  • Technical background with field experience
  • Experience with contact-center and/or Toll-Free product lines of major carriers and their enterprise clients
  • Experience building new channel sales programs from scratch and expanding them globally
