Freeletics Product Managers work on bringing this mission to life by crafting product strategy, help innovate, own the ideation, and launch of user-centered features. You collaborate in a scrum/agile environment and work with a team of smart international engineers, designers and data scientists to impact and unlock the potential of Freeletics products to serve the Freeletics community.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop deep understanding of Freeletics market positioning and competition to deliver best in the industry products
  • Lead the product roadmap and establish shared vision to define priorities and improve the value Freeletics is shipping to our users
  • Translate strategic initiatives into actionable features, leading product innovation from conceptualization to launch
  • Analyse users feedback, research and market insights to translate them to product requirements
  • Define product metrics and analyse results to impact our product success
  • Contribute to Freeletics overall product strategy and product development processes to deliver products that shape the Freeletics global community

Your profile

  • Minimum 5+ years product management experience delivering products to end users
  • Strong approach to product development, user experience and driving business critical metrics
  • Able to understand the technical architecture of mobile and web products
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • You are data-driven with a broad experience in user research and product validation
  • Experience in working in an agile/scrum team environment
  • Drive decisions, workstreams and perspectives in a team environment
  • Exposure in developing health and fitness products, platforms and technologies is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills
