We are currently seeking a Product Manager, with a background in messaging and/or bringing software solutions to market in a cloud service environment, for our Columbia, Maryland office. This position will work with a team that is charged with defining and launching new capabilities as well as enabling the broader organization to seamlessly and effectively service our cloud customers.
The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. They must enjoy spending time in the market to understand their problems, and find innovative solutions to enable their success. Essential to this role is the ability to deal with multiple internal and external customers and stakeholders. Requested work items will need to be taken in, prioritized, and executed based on business priority, level of effort, and return on investment. The Product Manager will work with: Engineering to define needs; Marketing to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer; and, will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for our services, working with the sales channel and key customers.
