We are looking for a seasoned and experienced product leader to join HelloFresh's Digital Product organization. At HelloFresh, our mission is to change the way people eat -- forever.

What you'll do:

  • As VP of Product for Customer Retention, you will identify, create, and drive innovative solutions and programs by leveraging technology to raise the bar for the millions of HelloFresh customers on their digital experience and engagement leading to higher retention.
  • Set the vision and roadmap that synthesizes business requirements, operational constraints, and the opportunities afforded by HelloFresh systems.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-org partners, technology teams, UX designers, and data scientists.
  • Drive experimentation culture in the organization to release customer benefits quickly and iteratively, with a clear vision of how to assess the impact of initiatives.
  • Deep dive into into data, discover insights, and lead the team in brainstorming for innovative solutions, evaluate product tradeoffs, influence stakeholders, and implement long-term solutions.
  • You will be taking a hands-on product management role for agile software development teams in your domain and iteratively driving evolution of systems.
  • Work from our Berlin office (with occasional travel) to collaborate teams across North America, Europe, and Australia.

    • Ability to quickly evaluate stakeholder feature requests, and have the backbone to say No to features that don't provide relative value to customers or the company.
    • Proven track record in successfully working with global stakeholders across NA, Europe, and Asia.
  • Analytical and Data driven
    • Experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions and assertions of business value.
    • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Technical Fluency
    • Demonstrated Technical fluency in understanding architectural concepts and discussing new opportunities with the Engineering team members.
    • Substantial experience in designing, developing, and growing well-loved software products at scale.
  • Hire and Develop the Best
    • Have an eye for hiring the best product owners and program managers, mentor them, influence stakeholders, make a huge impact on customers
  • Qualifications

    • 12+ years of industry experience of increasing responsibility running product teams.
    • MBA strongly preferred.
    • Previous eCommerce experience.
    • Previous start-up experience, preferably leading the customer retention space.
